Dear BAF members, many of you have reported that your monthly or yearly contributions are no longer being charged, leading to over $10,000 in lost revenue each month.
 
We also know that many of you have new addresses, emails and phone numbers that need to be updated in our system.
 
The goal of this audit to recover this lost revenue and update our membership records to better service our members.
