Pharaoh's Row is the first sub division in our Nu Kemet Retreat & Residential Community, and thus the most special. This is history in the making! Buying a lot and building a house on Pharaoh's Row makes you a pioneer, not just a home owner.
We are building a model Black community that will set a new standard for Black excellence and provide the Black community with a place of refuge, recreation and relaxation.
Ultimately, the residences at Pharaoh's Row, like all future Nu Kemet residences, will be connected to the rest of the Nu Kemet Retreat Community and all its amenities (see below) via a private golf cart trail. In addition, Pharaoh's Row residents will have front door access and discounts to all of the festivals, concerts, conferences and special events held at the Retreat.
BAF is marketing this community exclusively to our members to create a neighborhood of people who share our same values and principles. Your neighbors will not be strangers, but fellow members who embrace Black culture and love Black people.
MORE THAN A HOME - A PART OF HISTORY
FUTURISTIC
A-FRAME DESIGNS
Our Nu Kemet Retreat & Residential Community, which includes Pharaoh's Row, will feature all futuristic a-frame style homes. These modern works of art are almost exclusively featured in rural, natural settings such as ours, and seamlessly blend in with the environment.
Signature features of a-frame homes include huge 20ft ceilings, open floor plans, second floor lofts that overlook the living and dining rooms and kitchen, and floor to ceiling windows, which provide an abundance of natural light.
Because of their unique design, many rooms in a-frame homes have untraditional shapes, which make for more charming and alluring spaces (see the gallery below for examples.) Each of our custom a-frames will combine character, quality, luxury, and comfort to create tranquil and inspirational living experiences.
High Quality Construction
A-frame homes are known for their durability and examples still stand in this country from the 1700s. They are constructed like standard single family homes with concrete, wood and metal, and have a build life of 500 - 1,000 years when properly constructed.
